Chef Charlie Carrington started Atlas Dining, a globetrotting restaurant inspired by global flavours in 2016. Every three months the restaurant menu changes cuisine entirely.

When Melbourne was forced into lockdown in 2020, Charlie launched Atlas Masterclass, a meal kit business focused on bringing global flavours into your home. Fast forward to 2024 and Atlas Masterclass is now Atlas Weekly. Our goal is to help Aussie families cook delicious, healthy meals at home at an affordable price. Our chefs make all of our sauces in house with fresh local and exotic ingredients so you can have an easy, flavoursome dinner on the table in 20 minutes!

All of our sauces are sold in 220ml tubs, which is enough for 4 people. If you're cooking for 2 people, we recommend using half a tub per dinner (or just make extra for leftovers).

While made to be suitable for the whole family, some of our sauces have strong flavours like soy or pepper. We recommend tasting the sauce before adding to your dinner then adding as much or as little as you like, according to your (and your family's) tastes.

We pride ourselves on using only top quality ingredients, and not watering down our sauces (or the flavour)! Because of this, some of our sauces (like the Satay) may be very thick and set in the fridge. Simply mix with a splash of warm water to loosen to your desired consistency.
