Atlas Box Subscription

Atlas Weekly takes the hassle out of planning and shopping for midweek meals, with weekly recipe boxes delivered to your door full of fresh produce and step-by-step recipe cards. Our chef-designed meals are inspired by our travels across the globe, and we’ve taken the complexity out of each dish by developing our own Atlas sauces and spices so you can recreate authentic flavours without having to source rare ingredients or spend hours in the kitchen.

All ingredients are pre-portioned to ensure you have exactly what you need, with next to no wastage at the end of the week.
Our boxes are packed with insulated bags and ice packs and are delivered to your door in refrigerated vans to ensure everything is fresh when it arrives.

There are 3 menus to choose from, and our subscription program is super flexible, with the ability to skip a week, change menu or cancel at any time.

The Atlas Box has 3 menus you can choose from:

  • Classic (Destination): One cuisine each week. 2-3 meat dishes + 1 vegetarian dish. Available in all box sizes.

  • Global Favourites: 3-4 cuisines each week. All meat dishes. Available in all box sizes, except 1 Person (4 Meals).

  • Gluten Free: Same dishes as either Classic (Destination) or Global Favourites menu (varies week to week), with gluten-free ingredients. Available for 2 or 4 People box sizes.

No! If you are an Atlas Weekly subscriber, we take all the hard work out for you, as you’ll receive a weekly box based on your selected menu, number of meals (3-4) and your selected number of people (1-6). You can simply sit back and enjoy the ride, with new cuisines delivered to your door every week.

Our subscription is not a lock-in plan – it is fully flexible, allowing you to pause or cancel at any point in time. The goal of our subscription service is simply to minimise the effort required to confirm your box order each week.

If subscription really isn't for you, Atlas Weekly still offers one-off boxes that can be purchased through our website.

Absolutely! When you log into your account you can pause your subscription by clicking 'Pause next payment'. If you would like to skip multiple weeks contact our customer service team and we can assist.

As an Atlas Weekly subscriber, The Atlas Box is your all-in-one weekly meal plan. With this subscription, you can easily change your weekly menu choices and adjust the size of your box.

Please note: When you subscribe to receive a weekly or fortnightly Atlas Box, we’ll send you an email every Monday with upcoming menu options, giving you ample time to make any changes before your order is automatically processed on Tuesday afternoon. To ensure you don’t miss out, please complete all changes by noon on Tuesday.

Any alterations you make to your account, such as a menu preference or change of box size, will stay in effect for future weeks unless you decide to make a change again.

Order & Delivery

You’ll receive an email confirming your order, including details of the number of meals and number of people you’ll be receiving ingredients for each week. 

The day your delivery is due, you will receive a text message from our courier partner with a link to track your order, including a real-time ETA.

Your meal kit will be delivered in a refrigerated truck, between 8am-6pm.

Your box includes all the ingredients needed to prepare three or four dinners, along with step-by-step recipe cards.

Tuesday is our order cut off day. If you are a subscriber, you have until midday Tuesday to make any changes to your order for that week (delivered Saturday-Monday).

If you have not subscribed, you have until midnight Tuesday to do so to receive an order that week. Or, to purchase a one-off box.

The Atlas Boxes are available across Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra metro suburbs. As well as selected regional Victorian postcodes.

At checkout you will be asked to enter your postcode and select a delivery date and time window. The options will be dependant on your location. But for most Travellers, will be Saturday-Monday daytime.

Our delivery partner will send a text message to the mobile number in your order the day of your delivery. This will include a tracking link that you will be able to follow until delivery. They will also send a proof of delivery message with photos once completed.

Customer Services

If you are having trouble logging into your account, it may not have been activated or the password may be incorrect. Contact our customer service team and they will assist you in setting up your account or resetting your password.

Sometimes our emails get blocked by personal email firewalls. If you have not received any confirmation emails in either your inbox or junk mail folder, let us know and we will investigate further.

We offer a gluten-free menu option each week, and we do our best to ensure our products are fully accessible to everyone, however we are conscious that some dietary requirements are unique and as such our products may not be suitable for all dietary needs.

We cannot guarantee our products are completely free from allergens such as milk, nuts, egg, sesame seeds, fish, crustacean, soy or sulphites.

We have launched an Atlas Weekly Recycling Initiative which is now available across Metro Melbourne.

The way our Atlas Weekly Recycling Initiative works, is our delivery partners will pick up your Atlas Weekly recyclable packaging when they deliver your meal kit to your door.

Through this initiative, we will collect:

  • Clean & Empty Atlas Weekly boxes
  • Empty Padded Cool Packs
  • Ice Blocks

These packaging materials will then be returned to Atlas Weekly's HQ, so our team can recycle then using our own business procedures.

We love feedback! It gives our chefs a good insight into the meals you’re loving and what we should be doing more of.

You’ll be sent a link to review each dish you have ordered via a weekly email. Alternatively, feel free to share your feedback by emailing our customer service team at us@atlasweekly.com.au.

Unfortunately these vouchers are not interchangeable as Atlas Dining and Atlas Weekly are separate businesses.

To order an Atlas Box as a gift, simply submit your preferred order details via the Shop section of our website, and ensure you enter the billing address as your own, and the shipping address of your recipient. The confirmation email and tax invoice will be sent to whichever email address you enter at check out.

To order an Atlas Weekly gift voucher, select Vouchers in the Shop section of our website, and ensure you enter your own email address at check out. You’ll receive the voucher and the invoice in separate emails. You can then forward the voucher to the intended recipient with your own personalised message.
