All American Chilli

MASTERCLASS INGREDIENT BOX RECIPE | COOK: 15MINS
INGREDIENTS:
1. Chili bean mix
2. Mozzarella cheese
3. Mustard dressing (portion also for night two)
4. Tomato
5. Cucumber
6. Cos lettuce
7. Red onion
8. Chickpeas
METHOD:

Add the bean mix to a pot over a medium/low heat. The mix is completely cooked and just needs to be reheated.

Thinly slice the red onion and add to a bowl with the chickpeas. Cut the cucumber into 1cm thick cubes and dice the tomatoes. Dress with the mustard dressing and season to taste.

Cut the lettuce into quarters and rinse under cold water.

Stuff the salad in between the leaves of lettuce and plate up.

To plate up, portion the chilli into desired amount of bowls and garnish with mozzarella cheese. Serve with the side salad.
