Dish 1: Italy - Creamy thyme and parmesan fettuccine pasta with pangrattato, mushrooms and kale
Dish 2: Morocco - Eggplant and goat's cheese traybake with zucchini, carrot, dukkah and lemon couscous
Dish 3: Peru - Cumin and paprika spiced black beans with tomato, potatoes and sarsa salad

Dish 1: Fresh egg fettuccine, ATLAS creamy parmesan sauce, panko breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, onion, mushrooms and kale
Dish 2: Goat's cheese, ATLAS dukkah, ATLAS ras el hanout, couscous, eggplant, onion, carrot, lemon, zucchini and parsley 
Dish 3: Black beans, tomato polpa, cumin, paprika, dutch cream potato, red onion, avocado, red radish, capsicum, red chilli and tomato

Dish 3: Pasta contains gluten, wheat and egg. ATLAS creamy parmesan sauce contains garlic, onion and dairy. Panko breadcrumbs contain wheat and gluten. Onion and garlic can be omitted.
Dish 2: Goat's cheese contains dairy - can be omitted. Dukkah contains nuts and sesame. Couscous contains wheat and gluten. Onion can be omitted.
Dish 3: Onion can be omitted

We offer a flat rate delivery fee of $9.99 and can select a delivery day and time slot based on your postcode.

You'll receive a text from our courier partner the night before your box is to be delivered with a link to track your order, with a real-time ETA. Your box will be delivered in a refrigerated truck, within your chosen time-frame.
