Dish 1: Thailand - Glass noodle stir fry with mushrooms, wombok and chilli jam
Dish 2: India - Pumpkin, coconut and chickpea curry with curry leaves and garlic rice
Dish 3: Argentina - One pot cannellini bean soup with cherry tomatoes, potatoes and lemon salsa verde

Dish 1: Mung bean vermicelli noodles, peanut & shallot mix, ATLAS chilli jam, mushrooms, spring onion, coriander and wombok
Dish 2: Chickpeas, coconut milk, ATLAS Keralan spice paste, basmati rice, tomato, curry leaves, garlic and pumpkin 
Dish 3: Parmesan, cannellini beans, capers, ATLAS vegetable stock, cherry tomatoes, desiree potatoes, leek, lemon and parsley

Dish 3: Chilli jam contains onion, garlic and soy. Peanut and shallot mix contains nuts (peanuts) and onion.
Dish 2: Keralan spice paste contains onion and garlic. 
Dish 3: Parmesan contains dairy.

We offer a flat rate delivery fee of $9.99 and can select a delivery day and time slot based on your postcode.

You'll receive a text from our courier partner the night before your box is to be delivered with a link to track your order, with a real-time ETA. Your box will be delivered in a refrigerated truck, within your chosen time-frame.
