Dish 1: Sri Lanka - Spiced potato and carrot roti with kale mallung and achcharu pickles
Dish 2: Germany - Eggplant schnitzel with creamy mustard sauce, potatoes and green beans
Dish 3: China - Tofu and mushroom dan dan noodles with broccolini, crispy peanuts and shallot

Dish 1: Roti, ATLAS achcharu pickles, ATLAS Sri Lankan spice mix, desiccated coconut, potato, carrot, red onion, curry leaves and kale
Dish 2: ATLAS mustard sauce, panko breadcrumbs, potatoes, green beans, lemon, parsley and eggplant
Dish 3: Fresh udon noodles, firm tofu, peanut & shallot mix, ATLAS dan dan sauce, broccolini, mushrooms, garlic and spring onion

Dish 3: Roti contains soy and wheat. Achcharu may contain onions. Onion can be omitted.
Dish 2: Mustard sauce contains garlic, onion and dairy. Panko breadcrumbs contains wheat and gluten. 
Dish 3: Udon noodles contain wheat and gluten. Tofu contains soy. Dan dan sauce contain wheat, gluten and sesame. Garlic and spring onion can be omitted.

Our sauces are made in a commercial kitchen, so they may contain traces of gluten or nuts. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service team.

We offer a flat rate delivery fee of $9.99 and can select a delivery day and time slot based on your postcode.

You'll receive a text from our courier partner the night before your box is to be delivered with a link to track your order, with a real-time ETA. Your box will be delivered in a refrigerated truck, within your chosen time-frame.
