Dish 1: Spain - Spanish tortilla with cheddar, sweet potato, pumpkin seeds and spinach
Dish 2: Korea - Mushroom rice bowl with ssamjang BBQ dipping sauce, carrot and cucumber
Dish 3: Italy - Olive rigatoni with zucchini, parsley and parmesan

Dish 1: Eggs, cheddar, sweet papika, pumpkin seeds, onion, parsley, sweet potato and spinach
Dish 2: ATLAS ssamjang BBQ sauce, japanese rice, sesame seeds, brown mushrooms, carrot and cucumber
Dish 3: Fresh rigatoni pasta, parmesan, mixed olives, ATLAS olive paste, zucchini and parsley

Dish 3: Cheddar contains dairy.
Dish 2: Ssamjang contains sesame, wheat, gluten, soy and garlic. Sesame seeds contain sesame. 
Dish 3: Parmesan contains dairy. Rigatoni pasta contains wheat, gluten and egg. Mixed olives contains garlic.

Please note that we cannot alter boxes for all dietaries.

Our sauces are made in a commercial kitchen, so they may contain traces of gluten or nuts. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service team.

We offer a flat rate delivery fee of $9.99 and can select a delivery day and time slot based on your postcode.

You'll receive a text from our courier partner the night before your box is to be delivered with a link to track your order, with a real-time ETA. Your box will be delivered in a refrigerated truck, within your chosen time-frame.
