Dish 1: Crispy chicken with romesco sauce, crispy kale and roasted parmesan potatoes
Dish 2: Chorizo sausage and cannellini bean salad with rocket and garlic ailoi
Dish 3: Spanish tortilla with cheddar, sweet potato, pumpkin seeds and spinach
Dish 4: Prawn paella with sofrito sauce, capsicum and lemon

*Please note 3 meal option will receive dish 1-3 and 4 meal option will receive 1-4. 

Dish 1: Chicken maryland fillet, parmesan, ATLAS romesco sauce, smoked paprika, kale, desiree potato and onion
Dish 2: Fresh Spanish chorizo sausage, ATLAS garlic aioli, cannellini beans, cherry tomatoes, rocket and parsley
Dish 3: Eggs, cheddar, sweet papika, pumpkin seeds, onion, parsley, sweet potato and spinach 
Dish 4: Prawn meat, short grain rice, ATLAS sofrito, parsley, capsicum, onion and lemon

Dish 1: Parmesan contains dairy. Romesco sauce contains nuts (almonds) and garlic. 
Dish 2: Garlic aioli contains garlic and egg. 
Dish 3: Cheddar contains dairy. 
Dish 4: Sofrito contains onion and garlic. Prawns contain crustacean.

Our sauces are made in a commercial kitchen, so they may contain traces of gluten or nuts. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service team.

We offer a flat rate delivery fee of $9.99 and can select a delivery day and time slot based on your postcode.  

You'll receive a text from our courier partner the night before your box is to be delivered with a link to track your order, with a real-time ETA. Your box will be delivered in a refrigerated truck, within your chosen time-frame.
