Dish 1: Za'atar chicken pita pockets with green tahini, cabbage, cucumber and dill
Dish 2: Shawarma beef brisket with hummus, zucchini, carrot and orange
Dish 3: Sabich inspired roasted cumin cauliflower with tahini and amba sauce, chickpeas and potatoes
Dish 4: Date and dukkah roasted lamb leg with kale couscous and almonds

Dish 1: Chicken maryland fillet, ATLAS green tahini, ATLAS za'atar, pita pockets, shredded cabbage, dill and cucumber
Dish 2: Slow cooked beef brisket, ATLAS hummus, ATLAS shawarma spice mix, flatbread, carrot, zucchini, orange and parsley
Dish 3: Chickpeas, ATLAS tahini & amba, cumin, parsley, cauliflower, tomato, cucumber and potato
Dish 4: Lamb leg, ATLAS date & dukkah dressing, couscous, almonds, kale, garlic and parsley

Dish 1: ATLAS green tahini contains sesame. ATLAS za'atar contains sesame. Pita pockets contain wheat and gluten.
Dish 2: ATLAS hummus contains sesame. Brisket contains garlic. Flatbread contains wheat and gluten. Shawarma spice mix contains garlic. 
Dish 3: ATLAS tahini & amba contains sesame. 
Dish 4:  ATLAS dukkah contains nuts and sesame. Couscous contains wheat and gluten. Almonds contains nuts (almonds) which can be omitted. Garlic can be omitted.

Our sauces are made in a commercial kitchen, so they may contain traces of gluten or nuts. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service team.

We offer a flat rate delivery fee of $9.99 and can select a delivery day and time slot based on your postcode.  

You'll receive a text from our courier partner the night before your box is to be delivered with a link to track your order, with a real-time ETA. Your box will be delivered in a refrigerated truck, within your chosen time-frame.
